Dear sir or madam,
I have recently ordered a new pair of shoes (item #999) from
yout website on December 29th. I received the order on December 30th.
Unfortunately, when I opened it, i saw that the shoes were used. The shoes had
dirt all over it and there was a small tear in front of the part where the left
toe would go. My order number is 45.
To resolve the problem, I would like you to return goods for
the amount charged for my shoes; I have already went out and bought a new pair
of shoes at my local shoes store so sending another would result in me
detriment.
